The PA Crime Stoppers Fugitive index is a listing
of the featured "Fugitive of the Week". This page features the cases
beginning in 1998. If you wish to view previous cases you may review the 1997 case file. Unsolved crimes has a separate index and can be
found at the Unsolved Crimes section of this web site. All of
the unsolved crimes can found grouped together. All cases listed are considered
"active", once a fugitive has been apprehended or located they are removed from
the Web Site. All information is as current as the release date.
1998 Listing
John Ast -- (October 12, 1998) Ast is wanted by the Tredyffrin
Township Police Department, Chester County, for Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault and
Recklessly Endangering. In addition, he has outstanding warrants by the Philadelphia
Police Department, Montgomery Township Police Department and the Exeter Township Police
Department.
Phuc Minh Vo-Hanh -- (October 5, 1998) Vo-Hanh is wanted by
the Pennsylvania State Police, Greensburg, for Attempted Homicide, Aggravated Assault,
Recklessly Endangering and Criminal Conspiracy.
Timothy
Moses Lucas -- (September 14, 1998) Lucas is wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police,
Kiski Valley for Escape. On July 5, 1998, Lucas absconded from the Alle-Kiski Pavilion, in
Westmoreland County, where he was serving out the remainder of his sentence on Burglary,
Assault and Fraud charges.

Lewis Kushner Jr. -- (September 7, 1998) The Easton Police Department, Northhampton
County, PA., continue their investigation into a Kidnapping, Robbery and Aggravated
Assault that occurred at Ninth and Northhampton Streets in Easton Pennsylvania. Jamal Rashon Harris 2nd Suspect Captured.

Robbery Suspect -- (August 24, 1998) The Pennsylvania State Police, Kittanning,
continue their investigation into a residential Robbery that occurred along Margaret Road
in Plum creek Township, Armstrong County, PA. On May 2, 1998 between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00
p.m
Unknown Attempted Homicide Suspect -- (August 17, 1998) The Pennsylvania State Police, New Castle,
continue their investigation into an attempted Homicide that occurred in Lawrence County.
Unknown Robbery Suspect -- (August
10, 1998) The Pennsylvania State Police, Hamburg in Berks County are investigating
the March 16, 1998, Robbery of a CR's Friendly Market.
Unknown Suspect - Attempted Kidnapping -- (August 3, 1998) The Pennsylvania State Police, Kittanning, are
investigating an attempted Kidnapping that occurred on April 10, 1998.
Unknown Bank Robbery Suspect --
(July 13, 1998) The Pennsylvania State Police, Carlisle and Newport, continue their
investigation into three bank robberies that occurred between January 1998 and May 1998.
Investigators believe that the same suspect may be responsible for all three crimes.
Craig Michael Anderson -- (July
6, 1998) Craig Anderson is wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police, Dubois, on
Burglary and Arson charges.
Montel A. Lincoln -- (June 29,
1998) Montel Lincoln is wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police for Robbery and
Escape.

Vega -- (June 22, 1998) Domingo Vega is wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police,
Dubois, in connection with an Indecent Assault that occurred on March 2, 1998.
Unknown Burglary Suspects -- (June 15, 1998) The
Montgomery Township Police Department, Montgomeryville, PA., and the Federal Bureau of
Investigationi continue their investigation into the August 28, 1997, Burglary of Zales
Jewelers in the Montgomery Mall.
Unknown Rape and Aggravated Assault Suspect -- (June 8, 1998)
The Pennsylvania State Police, Mercer, continue their investigation into a March 14, 1998,
Rape and Aggravated Assault that occurred along Lee Road in Springfield Township, Mercer
County.
Unknown Aggravated Assault & Robbery Suspects -- (May 18,
1998) The East Lampter Township Police Department, Lancaster County, continue their
investigation into the Robbery at the Gold Exchange located in the Quality Center Shopping
Plaza along Lincoln Highway East.
Arson and Criminal Mischief -- (April 27, 1998) The
Pennsylvania State Police, Butler along with investigators from the Federal Bureau
of Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol- Tobacco and firearms continue their
investigation into the fire at the Calvary Baptist Church in Butler County.
Paul Lewis Kushner Jr. -- (April 20, 1998) The Easton
Police Department, Northhampton County, PA., continue their investigation into a
Kidnapping, Robbery and Aggravated Assault that occurred at Ninth and Northhampton Streets
in Easton Pennsylvania.

John Hemans -- (March 30, 1998) Franklin City Police Department and the Venango County
Sheriffs Department, Franklin Pennsylvania, continue their search for John Hemans on
Rape and Statutory Sexual Assault charges.
Patrick
G. Delace -- (March 16, 1998) The Nassau County Police Department, in New York State,
are requesting the publics assistance in locating Patrick Delance for a 1994 Parole
Violation and for questioning in a brutal Homicide.

Theft Suspect -- (February 23, 1998) The Pennsylvania State Police, Bedford, are
asking for the publics assistance in identifying a yet unknown Theft suspect. On May
18, 1996, at approximately 11:00 P.M., at Snyders Gateway Restaurant in Breezewood,
Bedford County, PA.,
Gerald Clifford McCourt -- (February 2, 1998) The Pennsylvania
State Police, Somerset, are seeking the whereabouts of Gerald Clifford McCourt for Escape.
He was incarcerated at the State Correctional Institute, Somerset, where he was serving
time for robbery

Burglary Suspect(s) -- (January 26, 1998) Fairview Township Police Department,
Etters, PA., continue their investigation into a residential Burglary which occurred
sometime between Sunday evening, August 31, 1997, and Monday morning, September 1, 1997.
Leo Edward McTurner --
(January 19, 1998) The Pennsylvania State Police, Kiski Valley, are currently seeking the
whereabouts of Leo Edward McTurner for Escape. On November 11, 1997, at approximately 5:30
p.m., McTurner walked through an alarmed door at Alle-Kiski Pavilion in the City of
Arnold, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania and fled.
