The PA Crime Stoppers Unsolved Crime index is a listing of the featured "Fugitive/Crime of the Week". This page features cases beginning in 1997. Fugitive cases have a separate index and can be found at the Still At Large section of this web site. All of the unsolved crimes are grouped together. All cases listed are considered "active", once a crime has been solved, it is removed from the Web Site. All information is as current as the release date.

Unsolved Homicide Investigation -- (Date of Release: January 24, 2000) -- The City of New Castle Police Department, Lawrence County continues their investigation into the December 3, 1999, Homicide of Yvonne Richards.

Unsolved Homicide - (June 28, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police, Newport, Perry County, continues their investigation into the December 1993, Homicide of Lynne Marie Stansfield and Dale Gene Wolf.

Peggy Sue Hogue - Homicide Victim - (June 7, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police, New Castle, continues their investigation into the 1983 Homicide of Peggy Sue Hogue

Donald Edward Seebold III - Homicide Victim - (May 3, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police, Selingsgrove, Snyder County, Pennsylvania, continue their investigation into the July 1997, homicide of Donald Edward Seebold III.

Homicide Victim - Carmelo Molina - (April 19, 1999) -- The Kennett Square Police Department, Chester County, Pennsylvania, continues their investigation into the December 1998, Homicide of Carmelo Molina.

Homicide Victim - Donald Lee Showman III - (April 12, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police, Mercer, continue their investigation into the Robbery and Homicide of Donald Lee Showman II. At approximately 8:00 a.m., Showman was discovered lying dead outside of his home in Lackawannock Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania.

Homicide Victim Charlotte Fimiano -- (February 1, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police, Bethelehem, continue their investigation into the Homicide of Charlotte Fimiano. Investigators state Fimiano, an agent for Weichert Realtors, failed to return home after showing a home to an unknown client on September 11, 1997.

Homicide Victim -- Konstantinos "Gus" Boulias -- (March 2, 1998) The West Goshen Township Police Department and the Chester County Detectives continue their investigation into the August 27, 1997, Homicide of Konstantinos "Gus" Boulias.

th618.jpg (6622 bytes) Unknown Homicide Victim -- (December 29, 1997) On July 11, 1995, at approximately 1:00 p.m., the Pennsylvania State Police, Embreeville, responded to a report of a body being discovered in a wooded area, east of Valley creek Road, East Caln Township, in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Unsolved Homicide -- (November 10, 1997) Chester County Detectives, West Chester, PA., continue their investigation into the homicide of Carl Devalia. On February 2, 1990, the 40 year old Devalia was reported missing to authorities, after failing to return to his residence in the 300 block of West Lincoln Highway, Coatesville.

Unsolved Homicide -- (October 6, 1997) The Pennsylvania State Police, Limerick, Montgomery County, are investigating the strangulation death of Caroline Ann Brader. On July 21, 1997, her nude body was found laying along the eastbound berm of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Unsolved Homicide -- (September 29, 1997) The Pennsylvania State Police, Montoursville, are investigating the Homicide of 10 year old Joline Witt. On July 27, 1997, Muncy Boro Police Department conducted a missing person investigation

Fatal Hit and Run Automobile Accident -- (June 9, 1997) Pennsylvania State Police, Hazleton, are seeking the identity of a subject involved in a hit and run automobile accident which resulted in the death of 14 year old Timothy John Visgatis.

Bank Robbery Investigation --(March 31, 1997) Pennsylvania State Police, Bedford, are seeking the identity of a suspect wanted in connection with a Bank Robbery at the Hoblitzel National Bank, in the Village of State Line, Londonderry Township, Bedford County.

Suspicious Death -- (January 27, 1997) The Pennsylvania State Police Hazelton, are investigating the suspicious death of an unidentified white female discovered in Sugarloaf Township, Luzerne County on December 20, 1994.
