Case Facts: Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward up to $ 1,000.00 for information that leads to the arrest of
Kevin John Hemans.
Franklin City Police Department and the Venango County Sheriff’s Department, Franklin
Pennsylvania, continue their search for John Hemans on Rape and Statutory Sexual Assault
charges. During August of 1996, Hemans is alleged to have physically restrained a fourteen
year old girl and forced her to have sexual intercourse with him. He was arrested and
released on bond, pending his scheduled trail date. On May 5, 1997, when Hemans failed to
appear in court, a bench warrant for his arrest was issued.
