Montel Lincoln is wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police for Robbery and Escape. Lincoln had been incarcerated at Alle-Kiski Pavilion in Westmoreland County at the time of his Escape. He was serving time on Robbery charges when he fled the institution on March 16, 1998. According to investigators, on August 15, 1993, Lincoln was alleged to have been involved in a Robbery and Reckless Endangering incident that occurred in he 600 block of Miller Street in Latrobe, PA. During the commission of the crime, the victim had a gold necklace ripped from his neck and car window shot out as he attempted to flee the scene. Lincoln should be considered armed and dangerous.

24 Years Age.

6 ' 2 " - Approximately 200 lbs.

Muscular Build

Brown eyes and black hair

His last known address was in 7000 block of Forward Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA
