Case Facts: Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward up to $ 1,000.00 for information that leads to the arrest of a
yet unidentified suspect wanted for questioning in an attempted Homicide.
The Pennsylvania State Police, New Castle, continue their investigation into an
attempted Homicide that occurred in Lawrence County. On June 7, 1998, between 12:00-12:30
p.m., a resident along Cherriwood drive in Mahoning Township was approached at his
residence by an unknown male subject. The victim was forced into his residence at knife
point by the suspect. Once inside the residence, the suspect stole money from the victim's
wallet and proceeded to stab him. The suspect then fled the scene in a newer model mini
van, possibly a Dodge or a Plymouth that was brown on the top and white on the bottom.
Description:
Black Male - 30-35 Years of Age
Medium Build
Short light colored hair
Between 5' 9" and 5' 10" tall
At the time of the crime he was wearing a dark
colored jacket and light colored pants.
