Case Facts:  Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward up to $ 1,000.00 for information that leads to the arrest of a yet unidentified suspect wanted for questioning in an attempted kidnapping.

The Pennsylvania State Police, Kittanning, are investigating an attempted Kidnapping that occurred on April 10, 1998. At approximately 6:15 p.m., a ten (10) year old girl was riding her bike in ford Cliff Boro, Armstrong County when an unknown male subject attempted to abduct her. The suspect approached the victim as she waited for traffic to stop at a stop sign. He put his hands around her waist as he was asking her to come home with him. The victim got off of her bike, kicked the actor in the upper leg area and fled to her residence.

White Male

Slim Build

Approximately 5' 9"

At the time of the crime he was wearing a bright shinny blue jacket, blue jeans and dark glasses.
