Donald White -- (Date of Release: January 25, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, continue their search for Donald White, also known as Kzell Walker for Escape.

Unidentified Bank Robbery Suspect -- (Date of Release: February 22, 1999) -- The Federal Bureau of Investigation continue their search for a yet unidentified bank robbery suspect, in connection with the robbery of Members 1st Federal Credit Union on Market Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County

Tyrone Eaddy -- (Date of Release: March 1, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police continue their search for Tyrone Eaddy who escaped from the Community Center in Chester, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

Unknown Bank Robbery Suspect -- (Date of Release: March 15, 1999) -- The Federal Bureau of Investigation, continue thier search for a yet unidentified bank robbery suspect. The individual is responsbile for the September 24, 1998, robbery of the Dauphin Deposit Bank located at 210 East Main Street, New Holland, in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Montel A. Lincoln -- (Date of Release: March 22, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police continue their search for Montel Lincoln, who is wanted for escape. Lincoln, although profiled by Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers, during June 1998, has still managed to elude authorities.

Timothy Moses Lucas -- (Date of Release: April 26, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police, Kiski Valley, continues their search for Timothy Moses Lucas in connection with his July 5, 1998, escape from the Alle-Kiski Pavilion, in Westmoreland County.

Vito Martin Angelucci -- (Date of Release: May 24, 1999) -- Vito Martin Angelucci is wanted by the Clearfield County Sheriff's Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for escape and related offenses.

John McKinzy -- (Date of Release: May 31, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police, Philadelphia, are seeking the whereabouts of John McKinzy for escape.

Matthew Willimas -- (Date of Release: June-- 1999 -Immediate Relase) -- The Nassau County Police Department, New York State, and Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers are asking for the public's help in locating Matthew Williams. Williams allegedly had possession of a forged bank check in Hicksville, New York.

Kenneth Marquise Tucker -- (Date of Release: June 21, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police, along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and multiple Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the Eastern Pennsylvania area are seeking the whereabouts of Kenneth Marquise Tucker.

Nancy Kay Widener -- (Date of Release: July 5, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police, Girard, Erie County, continues their search for Nancy Kay Widener who is wanted for forgery, bad checks, and theft by deception.

Alberto Rodriquez -- (Date of Release: July 12, 1999) -- Alberto Rodriquez is wanted by Pennsylvania State Police, Philadelphia for Escape. He was incarcerated at the Beacon Group Home and Community Corrections Center, a pre-release facility, located at 901 North Carlisle Street, Philadelphia.

Charles Mathis -- (Date of Relase: July 26, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania state police, Butler, is seeking the whereabouts of Charles Edward Mathis for forgery and theft by deception.

Jay Warren Endsley -- (Date of Release: September 27, 1999) --The Pennsylvania State Police, Uniontown, Fayette County, are seeking the whereabouts of Jay Warren Endsley. Endsley is a registered Sex Offender, and by law is required to advise authorities of any change of residence. To date, Endsley has failed to verify his address and failed to make any notification of an address change.

Unidentified Homicide Suspects -- (Date of Release: October 11, 1999) -- The Pennsylvania State Police, New Castle, continue their investigation into the Homicide of Joyce Ann Heskett-Washington. On August 12, 1989, her body was found in a strip-mine area just east of Hillsville Borough, Mahoning Township, Lawrence County.

Hit & Run Fatal Accident -- (Date of Release: November 29, 1999) -- The Mechanicsburg Police Department, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, continues its investigation into a Fatal Hit and Run Accident that occurred in late October-1999.
