The Pennsylvania State Police, along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and multiple Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the Eastern Pennsylvania area are seeking the whereabouts of Kenneth Marquise Tucker. 

On January 13, 1999,  Tucker escaped from constables while being transported to Chester County District Court to face robbery charges. After his escape, Tucker carjacked a pickup truck from a nearby construction site and led police on a pursuit. As he forced motorists into accidents, Tucker managed to elude authorities. Since his escape, Tucker is believed to have been responsible for several robberies. His last known address was in the 100 block of East Lancaster Ave., Downington, Chester County, Pennsylvania. 

Tucker is assertive and combative - he should be considered armed and dangerous.
