Vito Martin Angelucci is wanted by the Clearfield County Sheriff's Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for escape and related offenses.

In summer of 1994, Angelucci was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police and charged with multiple felony drug related offenses. On June 12, 1998, he was to report to the Clearfield County prison to begin his incarceration on the charges, when he failed to appear, a fugitive warrant was issued. 

According to authorities, Angelucci had developed a large network of contacts spanning several states and could be anywhere in that network. His last known address was on Highland Avenue in Media, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
