Robert Stephen Malak is wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police, Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, PA., for Attempted Homicide and Aggravated Assault. The incident took place at Malak's residence located in Northrmorland Township, Wycoming county on November 24, 1996. Malak is alleged to have stabbed his spouse in the upper left arm with a lock blade knife, threw her to the ground and continued the assault. Family members were able to intervene and stop the attack; Malak fled the residence and has not been seen since the attack.

Suspect Description:

 White Male

 5' 5" with a medium build; approximately 170 lbs.

 Green Eyes

Last seen with long blonde hair and a beard

Last known address was in Dallas, PA and he is known to frequent the Wilkes-Barre and Mountain Top areas of Pennsylvania.
