On December 10, 2003, Mr. Wyatt was charged with Driving Under the Influence and failed to appear for the preliminary hearing.  Mr. Wyatt has a history of weapons and robbery violations and should be considered a flight risk.

Carolann Fratesi -- Release Date - May 5, 2005 -- The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop N, Fern Ridge, continue to look for Carolann Fratesi. On June 11, 2002, a friend of Ms. Fratesi was involved in a traffic accident, causing damage to the passenger side door of the vehicle. Ms. Fratesi claimed she was in the vehicle at the time of the accident and claimed to have run from the accident to a nearby doctor's office for treatment. The operator of the other vehicle and other witnesses stated there was not a female passenger in the vehicle.
