The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop C, DuBois continue their investigation into a case of Criminal Mischief.

Sometime between Tuesday, April 8, 2008 and Wednesday, April 9, 2008, several Commercial Business windows along SR 219 from DuBois to Brockway, Jefferson County, were shot with what investigators believe was a pellet gun.

Five Commercial Businesses sustained moderate to severe damage totaling over $10,000.

Investigators feel that someone may have driven a vehicle while the passenger shot at the windows.

On Monday, April 14, 2008, Quentin Ellison and a 16 year-old female went to the residence of a friend of Quentin Ellison, in North Buffalo Township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. While at the residence, the 16 year-old victim was sexually assaulted by Quentin Ellison.

The last known address for Quentin Ellison was 206 Fifth Avenue, Ford City, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. He is believed to be in the area of Ford City, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop B, Pittsburgh continue their search for Tehiran McDougald.

On Sunday, April 13, 2008 at 8:00 p.m., Tehiran McDougald signed out of the Gateway Braddock facility, 426 George Street, Braddock, Pennsylvania, for work release at Vernon's Cleaning at 1420 Penn Avenue, East Liberty, Pennsylvania. Mr. McDougald was to return to the facility on Monday, April 14, 2008 at 8:30 a.m.

Mr. McDougald telephoned the Gateway facility multiple times stating he was enroute back to the facility. However, he never returned.

Mr. McDougald was serving time for Possession With Intent to Deliver and Firearms not to be Carried Without a License.

The last know address for Tehiran McDougald was 549 3rd Street, Clairton, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
