 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF UNKNOWN SUSPECTS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS HOMICIDE.

Build: Thin
Hair: Short "buzz" cut - similar to a military haircut
Facial Hair: small goatee
Last seen wearing a t-shirt and shorts

White/Male
Age: 20's
Build: Thin
Hair: Dark shoulder length
Last seen wearing a baseball hat, tan t-shirt, and blue jean shorts.

The York Area Regional Police Department is investigating the homicide of Bernice L. Ness.
 
On Monday, July 4, 2005 at apx. 9:00 A.M., the York Area Regional Police Department found Bernice Ness deceased in her trailer home in the Longstown Trailer Court, Jody Drive, Windsor Township, York County.
 
A neighbor found Ms. Ness deceased in her home. According to neighbors, Ms. Ness always kept her doors closed and locked.  During the investigation, it was revealed that two men were seen entering the Ness residence at apx. 9:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 3, 2005.  It appeared that the two men seen entering the residence, did so by just walking in.  When the men exited the home, they sat in their vehicle for apx. fifteen minutes, appearing to argue, before driving away.  After a few minutes they both returned and the passenger went back into the residence.  The passenger returned to the vehicle and again it appeared that the two men were arguing.  They remained parked in front of the home another five to ten minutes.
 
The autopsy showed the victim was strangled and the death was ruled a homicide.
 
 They suspects were driving a light blue, small station wagon type vehicle.
