The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop N, Fern Ridge, continue to look for Carolann Fratesi.

On June 11, 2002, a friend of Ms. Fratesi was involved in a traffic accident, causing damage to the passenger side door of the vehicle. Ms. Fratesi claimed she was in the vehicle at the time of the accident and claimed to have run from the accident to a nearby doctor's office for treatment. The operator of the other vehicle and other witnesses stated there was not a female passenger in the vehicle.

Ms. Fratesi was charged with Insurance Fraud, Criminal Conspiracy and Criminal Attempt to commit fraud. She was released on $5,000.00 unsecured bail and failed to appear for her trial. A bench warrant has been issued by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.

Ms. Fratesi's last known address was 189 Mountain Road, Indian Mt. Lakes Development, Albrightsville, Carbon County, Pennsylvania. She is also known to frequent the Washington Avenue, Piscataway, New Jersey area.
