 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A YET UNKNOWN SUSPECT.
Pennsylvania State Police Lancaster continue their investigation into a Theft By Deception.

On July 16, 2004, an Amish farmer was approached at his farm in Ronks, Pennsylvania by a black male.  The man led the victim to believe he was on his way to Atlantic City, New Jersey and liked to gamble with $50 and $100 dollar bills.  The man indicated he would pay the farmer $5,000 in exchange for $4,000 in $50 and $100 dollar bills.
 
The victim agreed and traveled with the man to the victim’s local bank.  The victim withdrew the requested $4,000 dollars.  The man then gave the victim $5,000 dollars in counterfeit $20’s.
 
The man was last seen wearing a navy blue baseball hat with a NY logo, white tee-shirt with Polo Sport logo, gray sweat pants, apx. 32" gold chain, and white sneakers.  The man was also wearing a watch and ring on his left hand.
