Fugitive / Crime: # 631 Unidentified Homicide Victim

Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is Offering Up To a $1,000.00 for information that
leads to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the death of a yet
unidentified female.
The Pennsylvania State Police, Carlisle, continue their investigation into the Homicide of
a female whose identity, to date remains a mystery. On December 10, 1993, the body of a
white female was found sexually assaulted and strangled in a mountainous area along
Whiskey Springs Road in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
According to a witness account, a few days prior to the finding of the body, two men were
seen standing next to a Bronco type vehicle with a woman, fitting the description of the
the victim, in the middle of Whiskey Springs Road, not far from where the body was
discovered. the vehicle was described as being similar to a Ford Bronco, two-tone in color
with a white top and a dark bottom. It had a spare tire hung on the back with a soft
cover; the vehicle was covered with mud. Both men seen with the woman were white, the one
subject stood between 6 feet, 2 inches and 6 feet, 4 inches tall, 35-40 years of age with
a full beard, mustache and dark brown or black hair. He was wearing a cap and a red and
black shirtcoat. The second subject stood between 5 feet and 11 inches and 6 feet tall
with a narrow hooked nose. He had a thin build with a scraggly beard, brown shoulder
length scraggly hair and was wearing a hip length beige jacket.
Victim Description:
White Female
18 - 25 Years of Age
5' 7" Tall
120 - 135 lbs.
Shoulder length blonde
Gray or blue eyes and wore contact lens
Had a mole like growth above her right ear just
within the hair line
A small cross shaped scar on the inside of her left
forearm and a two inch scar on the outside of her left ankle
