  6’ 2” – 210 lbs
  Medium Build
  Blonde Hair – Short in length
1/2" vertical scar on inside of right knee.




PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF DAVID BRENDAN MCGARREY.
The Pennsylvania State Police Kiski Valley, continue their investigation into the escape of David Brendan McGarrey.

McGarrey was given a temporary furlough to his residence and was to remain at the residence during the temporary furlough. McGarrey was to return to Alle Kiski Pavilion, Arnold City, Westmoreland County, PA on 08/15/04 at 8 a.m. McGarrey is court committed to this facility for Theft By Deception and is to serve out his sentence at the there. Staff at the facility decided to check on the McGarrey and found that he was not where he was supposed to be and at that time revoked the temporary furlough. McGarrey was advised to be return to the facility by 08/15/04 at 8 a.m. and failed to do so. The Staff again contacted the McGarrey on 08/15/04 at 1130 a.m. and was advised by the him that he could not get a ride back to the facility. McGarrey then contacted the Staff at the facility and advised that he would be back by 6:30 pm. on 08/15/04. McGarrey never returned.

On 09/10/04 the PA Department Of Corrections authorized Nationwide Extradition and will extradite the McGarrey back to Pennsylvania.
