The incident began in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County when a credit card and personal information were stolen from the victim’s purse at an unknown location. The driver license and bank book were not removed from the purse; just the information they contained.

The suspect attempted to use the stolen credit card at several different locations including Philadelphia, PA, Atlantic City, New Jersey and Bear, Delaware. Because a fraudulent Pennsylvania driver’s license was obtained using the victim’s information, the suspect was able withdrawal cash from the bank account.
