Hair: Short Brown/Balding Eyes: Brown MISC: Mole, left side of face STACY LYNN ARNOLD White / female Age: 31 –Years of age Height: 5’2” Weight: 140 Lbs. Hair: Brown Shoulder Length Eyes: Brown The Pennsylvania State Police at York is seeking the whereabouts of Dennis Heiner II and Stacy Arnold. Dennis Owen Heiner II is charged with Flight to Avoid Apprehension and Escape. Stacy Arnold is charged with Hindering Apprehension and False Reports to Law Enforcement. Shortly after midnight on March 6, 2994, Dennis Heiner was stopped for suspected DUI by the State Police. Heiner pulled into the parking lot of Rutters Market on SR181 an SR921; he exited the car and fled on foot from the Trooper. The passenger, Stacy Arnold, implicated another person as the driver of the car. Subsequent investigation revealed that Heiner was the driver and Arnold is his girlfriend. Arnold continued to provide false information to the State Police and concealed the whereabouts of Heiner. Dennis Heiner is also wanted for Aggravated Assault and DUI by State Parole and York County Sheriff’s Department. What You Can Do:
