 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE  ARREST OF A YET UNKNOWN ARSONIST.
The Pennsylvania State Police at Hazleton continue their investigation into an Arson that occurred at a residence along Kunkletown Road in Polk Township Monroe County.

Investigators reported on December 27, 2003, at approximately 4:00 a.m., an unknown person or persons broke the front screen and window of the victim’s home. Reaching inside the window, the hanging curtains were ignited with an open flame. The fire spread from the curtains to the adjacent interior finishes until it was extinguished by the home owner. Although there were 3-occupants in the home at the time of the fire, there were no injuries. Damages to the house were estimated at approximately $25,000.00.

The victim of the Arson is willing to offer an additional reward of $500.00.
