| The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop J,
Lancaster continue their investigation into the discovery of a newborn White
female baby in a rural area of Strasburg Township, Lancaster County. The infant was discovered on December 31, 2003, authorities estimated the birth of the infant was sometime between December 24th and December 29th, 2003. The baby was full term and was born alive; her death has been ruled a Homicide. State Police are actively attempting to locate the mother of the newborn baby and/or the family of the mother of the newborn.
