 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A YET UNKNOWN PERSON THAT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATH OF A NEW BORN BABY GIRL.

The Pennsylvania State Police, Troop J, Lancaster continue their investigation into the discovery of a newborn White female baby in a rural area of Strasburg Township, Lancaster County.

The infant was discovered on December 31, 2003, authorities estimated the birth of the infant was sometime between December 24th and December 29th, 2003. The baby was full term and was born alive; her death has been ruled a Homicide. 

State Police are actively attempting to locate the mother of the newborn baby and/or the family of the mother of the newborn.

Investigators are also asking the public to provide any information that they may have regarding the identity of the mother, such as any knowledge of:

  A female who was recently pregnant, is no longer pregnant, nor does she have the child.

A female who may have appeared to be pregnant, yet shows no signs of pregnancy at this time.

A female who was pregnant and states that the child either died during childbirth or was placed for adoption.
