This subjects has committed the same crime in different areas and at different banks. He was seen leaving the bank in a white Dodge-Neon that had a bright green stripe along both sides. He has provided Pennsylvania drivers licenses with his photo on it. The address for Ryan does not exist and is a vacant lot in Philadelphia.
