On Monday, October 13, 2003 the employees of M&J Explosives Inc. reported the theft of explosives. The explosives were taken from the company compound located in Middleton Township, near Carlisle, PA between Noon October 10, 2003 (Friday) and 5:15 a.m. October 13, 2003 (Monday).
