| State Police Wyoming Continue Search For Hugo
Marcus Selenski. Hugo Marcus Selenski was incarcerated in the Luzerne County Jail awaiting trial for numerous offenses including, but not limited to, two (2) counts of Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Assault, and Robbery. On 10/10/03 at approx. 9:15 p.m., prison officials at the Luzerne County Jail conducted a prisoner check and all prisoners were present. Later at approx. 9:40 p.m., prison officials were alerted of a possible escape. Another prison count was conducted and it was determined that Selenski and Scott Alan Bolton, W/N,M 39 YOA, DOB: 02/06/64, who was also awaiting trial on numerous charges, including but not limited to, Escape, Theft by unlawful taking, and Receiving Stolen Property, were both missing. Both prisoners had escaped the facility by forcibly removing a window and utilized bed sheets tied together to repeal down the side of the facility. Bolton was captured shortly after he exited the window. To date, Selenski is still missing and should be considered dangerous. Authorities are urging anyone with any information to contact Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers. What You Can Do:
