In the early afternoon hours on October 2, 2003, Joy Jermaine Santos of Green Street, Edwardsville Borough, Luzerne County was Murdered. Witnesses at the scene indicated that around the time of the Homicide, a maroon Saturn sedan with a spoiler and loud exhaust was seen leaving/fleeing the area; the car had multiple passengers in it.
