Ramon Luis Burgos is wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police at Hazleton for Arson and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Investigators stated Ramon Burgos was along with three (3) other subjects on May 28, 2003, when they killed Nelsido Rosario. Burgos allegedly helped the other subjects burn the victim’s body in Banks Township, Carbon County and helped clean the Homicide scene in West Hazleton, Luzerne County.

Burgos’ last known address was in the 300 block of West Green Street in West Hazleton, Luzerne County: he is also known to frequent New York City.
