PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE RETURN OF TONYA GARDNER AND/OR THE PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISAPPEARANCE OF TONYA MARIE GARDNER.
The Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown continue their investigation into the July 3, 1996 disappearance of Tonya Marie Gardner.

Investigators reported that on April 6, 1999, a friend of Gardner contacted the State Police at Lewistown to inquire about her missing friend.  She related that Gardner allegedly left her residence on July 3, 1996 and never returned.  This friend reported Gardner as a missing person, not her family.  The only item missing from the residence was her purse; her vehicle was still at the residence.  Gardner may have left her residence to visit with her friends or family.  However since there has been no contact with her since 1996, investigators feel that her disappearance is suspicious in nature.

To date, the whereabouts of Tonya Gardner’s parents are unknown; investigators have not been able to locate them.  Although Gardner lived throughout the United States as she followed her husband through his many jobs, here last known address was on Carriage House Lane in Reedsville, Mifflin County Pennsylvania.
