 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF JOHN WILLIAM LYNCH.
The Pennsylvania State Police at Embreeville continue to seek the whereabouts of John William Lynch who is wanted for Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property and Bad Checks. Lynch is also wanted in North Carolina and Virginia; he has been declared a Fugitive from Justice.

Investigators reported that on May 21, 2002, Lynch arrived at an elderly female’s residence in Elverson Boro, Chester County and demanded $800 for fixing her roof. The woman provided him with a check, but the work was never done. It was soon discovered that the Pennsylvania State Police in Waynesburg, Greene County and the Limerick Police Department in Montgomery County wanted Lynch for the same offenses. Authorities state he is also suspected of several other similar crimes in Northwest Chester County and in Southeast Berks County.

Lynch’s last known residence was in the 8000 block of Juliet Court in Manassas, Virginia. Authorities say he was last known to be in the Reading Pennsylvania area.
