he Pennsylvania State Police at Bedford continue to seek the whereabouts of Charles Haralson Jr., also known as, Charles Jackson Johnson for Corruption of Minors, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession with intent to deliver and Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance. Shortly after midnight on June 12, 2001, Charles Haralson delivered marijuana to a female juvenile in Everett Borough, Bedford County. The juvenile then sold it to a confidential informant and an undercover State Trooper.

Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers profiled Charles Haralson Jr. during May of 2002. On May 9, 2002, he was spotted in Altoona; an attempt to apprehend him resulted in an accident involving a State Police vehicle. Haralson escaped on foot into a wooded area and has since managed to elude capture.

AUTHORITIES STATE THAT CHARLES HARALSON JR. HAS A VIOLENT PRIOR CRIMINAL ARREST RECORD.
