The Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office and the Pennsylvania State Police continue to seek the whereabouts of Michael Kerkowski who is wanted for Controlled Substance Violations and Insurance Fraud Violations.

Investigators reported that on February 28, 2002, Kerkowski was found guilty in Wyoming County Court on Delivery/Dispensing of a Controlled Substance by a Practitioner in Bad Faith. On April 25, 2002, he pled guilty to another count of Delivery/Dispensing a Controlled Substance by a Practitioner in Bad Faith and on 2-counts of Insurance Fraud, along with 1-count of False/Fraudulent Medical Assistance. On May 14, 2002, Kerkowski failed to appear for his sentencing and a warrant was issued for his arrest. His last known residence was in Hunlock Creek, Luzerne County Pennsylvania.

Michael Kerkowski may be in the company of a Tammy Lynn Fassett. She is a White female who stands 5’3” and weighs 110 pounds. Fassett has a small build with long blonde hair and hazel eyes.
