 "TURN IN A TORCH" - PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A YET UNIDENTIFIED ARSONIST.

  The Pennsylvania State Police at Ridgway are encouraging the public to "TURN IN A TORCH", as they continue to investigate a case of Arson. 

Investigators reported that sometime between September 19-20, 2001, a fire was started at the estate of Mary Elizabeth Holmes in the Village of Brandy Camp in Horton Township, Elk County. The blaze was deliberately started on the uninhabited two-story wood framed house. The house and contents were totally destroyed amounting to an estimated loss of $26,000. State Police are seeking the public's assistance in obtaining information that may lead to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for this crime. 

By "TURNING IN A TORCH", you could be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000 from Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers; all callers remain anonymous.
