 Tattoos on Left & Right Shoulder and Right Thigh 

Scar on Right Cheek and Right Eye

Shiffer may seek employment as a Tattoo Artist 



 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF BRIAN WILLIAM SHIFFER

The Pennsylvania State Police at Milton are asking for the public's assistance in locating Brian William Shiffer who is wanted for Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Theft and Criminal Conspiracy. 

Investigators reported that on October 5, 2001, sometime between 2:30-3:30 A.M., a home invasion Robbery occurred at a residence within the Bucknell View Trailer Court in West Chillisquaque Township, Northumberland County. Four masked individuals entered the residence while the victims were asleep and accosted them in their bedroom. The intruders demanded money and threatened to shoot them if they did not comply. One of the suspects struck the male occupant in the face during the commission of the crime, causing broken facial bones. 

Three of these individuals are currently incarcerated and awaiting trail. The fourth, Brian William Shiffer remains a Fugitive from Justice. The Board of Probation and Parole are also seeking Shiffer's whereabouts for a Parole Violation on Drug related charges. William Shiffer's last known address was in the 2000 block of North Fourth Street in Harrisburg; however he is known to frequent the Milton and Mifflinburg areas of Pennsylvania. 

SHIFFER SHOULD BE CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
