 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF KULBIR SINGH.
The Pennsylvania State Police at Clearfield and the United States Marshals Service for the Internal Revenue Service are seeking the whereabouts of Kulbir Singh for Theft by Deception and Bad Checks. 

Between April 23-27, 1993, Kulbir Singh paid for $20,000 worth of diesel fuel in Chester Hill Borough, Clearfield County Pennsylvania with bad checks on a closed account. Investigators reported that he would sell it for home heating fuel and not pay on tax on it. Kulbir Singh's last known address was on Meadowbrook Drive in Selinsgrove Pennsylvania. 

The State Police and Marshals Service are encouraging anyone with information on Singh's whereabouts to contact Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers.
