The Penn State University Police Department at University Park in Centre County is investigating a series of residential Burglaries that occurred on campus. Investigators reported that between October 5, 2001 and October 9, 2001, unknown person(s) entered ten (10) residents in Hastings, Stone, Snyder and Tener Halls and removed numerous items. The stolen Items included computers, camcorder, CD players, digital camera, CD's and a cordless telephone, among other items. Total value of the loss is estimated to be $10,000. The unknown suspect(s) may have been in Snyder Hall on Oct 8, 2001 between 4:00-5:00 A.M., and in Hastings and Stone Halls on October 9, 2001 between 2:00-3:00 A.M. A dark colored pickup truck with a stripe had been seen near Snyder Hall in the early morning hours on October 7, 2001. What You Can Do:
