The Pennsylvania State Police at Kiski Valley, Westmoreland County, continue to seek the whereabouts of Robert Lee Allen who is wanted for Escape. Allen was incarcerated for Robbery where he struck the victim in the head with a tire iron. After serving-out most of his Robbery sentence; Robert Allen was accepted into a pre-release program. He was sent to the Alle-Kiski Pavilion in the City of Arnold Pennsylvania where he was to remain until successful completion of the program, paroled, transferred or, until the expiration of his sentence. On April 12, 2001, at approximately 8:30 P.M., Allen left the facility and fled in an unknown direction. To date, his whereabouts remain unknown. Robert Allen's last known address was in the 6700 block of Frankstown Avenue in the City of Pittsburgh. What You Can Do:
