 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST THE PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR AN ARSON IN THE CITY OF NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA
The Pennsylvania State Police at New Castle continue their investigation into an Arson that occurred in the City on March 15, 2002. 

Investigators reported that at approximately 7:06 P.M., Baron Heating, located along East Washington Street in New Castle caught on fire; it is believed the fire was intentionally set. The fire completely consumed the second and third floors of the building. The collapsing structure of the second and third floor severely damaged the first floor. 

Total damage to the structure was in excess of $300,000. Witnesses reported seeing three (3)-juveniles, one of who was wearing a gold Steelers Jacket, running from the scene shortly before the fire was reported.
