Leo Edward McTurner![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The Pennsylvania State Police at Kiski Valley, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania continue their search for Leo Edward McTurner who is wanted for Escape. Although profiled by Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers during June 2000, McTurner has still managed to elude capture. Authorities report that on November 11, 1997, at approximately 5:30 p.m., McTurner walked through an alarmed door at the Alle-Kiski Pavilion in Arnold, Westmoreland County. McTurner, who is no stranger to criminal activity, was incarcerated at the facility to serve out the remainder of sentence on charges of Criminal Conspiracy and Firearm violations. Leo Edward McTurner, also known as Leo Turner, is known to use many other names. His last known address was in the 1000 block of Cresswell Street in Pittsburgh. ![]() Timothy Moses Lucas ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The Pennsylvania State Police, Kiski Valley, continues their search for Timothy Moses Lucas who is wanted for escape. Although profiled by Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers during April 1999, McTurner has managed to elude capture. Authorities reported that on July 5, 1998, at approximately 8:30 a.m. Lucas escaped from the Alle-Kiski Pavilion, in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. Lucas was serving out the remainder of his sentence on Burglary, Assault, and Fraud charges. Authorities state Lucas is known to use multiple aliases some of which include: James Williams, Timothy Mose Lucas, Quentin Lockhart, Tyrone Lynn Denman, Luke Lucas, Tim Moses Lucas, Timothy Mosz Lucas and Quinton Lockhart. Timothy Moses Lucas is from the Erie area; his last known address was in the 3400 block of Mulberry way in Pittsburgh. What You Can Do:
