 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT LEADS TO  THE ARREST OF A YET UNIDENTIFIED HOMICIDE SUSPECT.

The Pennsylvania State Police at Greensburg continue their investigation into the death of Deborah June Waggoner. On April 19, 1990, the body of Deborah June Waggoner was discovered in her vehicle, which was parked at a car wash located in Carbon, Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County Pennsylvania. She was a manager with the RAX fast food restaurant chain. An autopsy performed on Waggoner concluded that she died as a result of asphyxiation, due to compression of the neck by a soft ligature. The manner of death was ruled homicidal. 

At the time of her death, Deborah June Waggoner was residing with her boyfriend on Acorn Drive in Greensburg, Westmoreland County. An extensive Homicide investigation has been conducted, but to date, the case remains unsolved. Investigators are encouraging anyone with information to contact Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers.
