| The Pennsylvania State Police at Belle Vernon, continue to seek the identity of an unknown White male who represents himself as a Pennsylvania State Trooper. On September 10, 2000 at approximately 3:30 P.M., the victim reported that she was involved in a traffic stop in the Village of Hiller, Luzerne Township, Fayette County by an individual who represented himself as a Pennsylvania State Trooper. The suspect had the victim exit her vehicle and assume a pat-down position against her car. The victim was informed that she was stopped because her vehicle fit the description of a vehicle that had been trafficking drugs in the area. The victim was frisked by the suspect and groped in the crotch area and on her breast. The victim's vehicle was then searched and, upon completion of the search, she told she was free to go. The suspect who impersonated the officer fled the scene prior to the victim leaving. At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing a grayish colored uniform with a black pin-stripe on the pant leg and a campaign style hat. He displayed a badge on left pocket of the shirt and a patch on right shirtsleeve that had PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE on it. The suspect's vehicle was described as a white 4-door, Ford, Crown-Victoria. The vehicle had red markings on the doors and a blue colored magnetic light on the dashboard. The vehicle was equipped with red, white and blue lights on the roof that were shaped in a "V" pattern, a radio antenna was also on the roof. What You Can Do:
