Township Police Department, in York County Pennsylvania, is investigating
a residential Burglary that occurred on Wednesday, September 13th, 2000.
The crime occurred at 11:00 a.m., in the 100 block of Cold Springs
Road. The
victim returned home to see a faded red Toyota, possibly a Corolla, parked
in his driveway. Two White
males then ran from his home to the Toyota.
The victim attempted to block the Toyota with his full sized pickup
truck. The driver of the
Toyota rammed the pickup truck and succeeded in getting his Toyota around
it. He then picked up the other suspect and the two fled the
area. They were last seen on
Cold Springs Road traveling towards Camp Ground Road. The collision broke the Toyota’s driver’s side headlight
lens and would have caused damage to the driver’s side front fender. The
registration plate was a Pennsylvania tag with a blue background with
yellow characters. The
suspect had placed duct tape on the registration plate; the victim had
stated the final four digits of the plate were 6138.
