PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING
A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $2,000.00 THAT
LEADS TO THE ARREST OF THOMAS JOHN WILLS.
The Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville are seeking the whereabouts of Thomas John Wills, commonly known as "TJ", for Criminal Homicide. Wills is also known to use an alias of Thomas Williser. State Police report that a Criminal Homicide arrest warrant has been obtained for Thomas John Wills. The charges stem from his involvement in the death of Oliver Lee Surkala. Investigators stated Surkala’s body was discovered on July 14, 1995, along a dirt road off Lofty Road in Delano Township, Schuylkll County Pennsylvania. Surkala’s death was a result of blunt force trauma to the head and chest. The investigation has revealed that Wills was one of the two subjects responsible for Surkala’s Homicide. Thomas John Wills is known to frequent the Hazleton, West Hazleton and Wilkes-Barre areas. He was last seen on September 7, 2000, at approximately 4:00 P.M., in the West Hazleton area. At that time, he was driving a 1985-86 Chrysler, red or maroon in color. |
