 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $1,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF SELWIN MILLS.
The Pennsylvania State Police in Swiftwater are seeking the whereabouts of Selwin Mills surrounding his involvement in an ongoing criminal enterprise that is centered around Credit Card Fraud and related felonies. Mills, who is known to be violent, has an extensive criminal history and is known to use multiple aliases. Authorities state that Mills should be considered dangerous. 

On April 7, 2000, investigators state that Mills was allegedly involved in counterfeit credit card manufacturing. He also was reported to have made fraudulent purchases on existing credit card accounts in the Monroe County area of Pennsylvania.  To date, Mills is believed to be responsible for in excess of one-half million dollars worth of Access Device Fraud.

The last known address of  Selwin Mills was along Old Route 940 in Pocono Pines, Monroe County Pennsylvania. He is also known to frequent the Stroudsburg and Bushkill areas of Pennsylvania as well as Baltimore, Maryland and New York City, New York.
