 PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $1,000.00 THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A YET UNIDENTIFIED BLACK MALE. 
The Pennsylvania State Police, Montoursville, Lycoming County, are seeking the identity and whereabouts of a yet unidentified black male. The suspect, who uses multiple aliases and addresses, is wanted for numerous criminal offenses. These crimes include, Forgery, Theft by Deception and Unlawful Use of Computers. 

Investigators state that the suspect has obtained at least four (4) Pennsylvania Photo Identification Cards under fraudulent circumstances. He obtained copies of Birth Certificates and Social Security Cards for his four alias names and used these to obtain PA Photo ID Card. He then opened savings and checking accounts under his alias names. He would use the account's MAC Cards to deposit forged checks into the accounts, and then access these accounts before the checks could clear. The suspect's forged checks have resulted in some $90,760.00; ATM withdrawals and checks issued from the checking accounts have totaled $11,437.00.
