PENNSYLVANIA CRIME STOPPERS IS OFFERING A CASH REWARD OF UP TO $1,000.00 FOR INFORMATION THAT LEADS TO THE ARREST OF A YET UNIDENTIFIED KIDNAPPING-RANDOM CHILD ABDUCTION SUSPECT.


A multi agency law enforcement task force is seeking information on the September 19,1999, Kidnapping - Random child abduction of a ten-year old female in Somerset County, PA.  Investigators believe that two previous attempted  abductions in nearby communities may be related to his incident.

On Sunday, September 19,1999, at approximately 2:30 p.m. ., a  ten- yea old female was abducted from near her residence in Shade Township, Somerset County. The child was released several hours later near Markleysburg, Fayette County Pennsylvania, just north of the West Virginia border. 

The suspect vehicle was described as the teal/blue in color, two-door, compact car, possibly a Geo Metro or similar type vehicle, with a standard shift, gray cloth interior, and a decal in the less side window. The license plate may have been from West Virginia or Virginia.

The suspect is believed to be armed with a hand gun.
