The Pennsylvania State Police, Girard, Erie County, PA., are seeking the whereabouts of Anthony Shay for questioning regarding an Arson and for Theft, Failure to Prevent a Catastrophe, Criminal Mischief. On December 22, 1997, a fire was deliberately set at the Highway Oil Gas Station in West Springfield Township, Erie County, PA. Shay, who was an employee of the business at the time of the fire, is accused of removing cash from the premises that had been collected during his work shift. Authorities state Shay's criminal past indicates he has a propensity for violence.

  44 year Old -  White   Male

 Approximately 165  lbs. - Medium  Build

  5' 10"  tall

Blue Eyes 

 At the time of the crime - Short Blonde Hair

Last known address was in the 1400 block of West Ridge Road, West Springfield, Erie County, PA.  -- He is also known to have contacts in, and is familiar with he Binghamton and Buffalo areas of New York.
