On December 9, 1997, the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole issued an arrest warrant for Virgil Tolliver for failing to report to the Board following his release from the State Correctional Institute in Mercer. Authorities state Tolliver is a career   criminal whose past includes Armed Robberies, Burglary, Riot, Assault, Escape and Weapon Violation charges. Tolliver is known to use multiple aliases and dates of birth; he has a combative personality and should be considered dangerous.

Unknown Bank Robbery Suspect Description:

  Approximately 35 year Old -  Black   Male

 150 - 170  lbs. - Medium  Build

  5' 8"  tall

Brown Eyes - last seen with his head shaved and wearing a goatee

 Is known to wear large oval framed glasses

Last known address was with a female associate on Midway Drive in West Mifflin, Allegheny County, PA. Tolliver has connections in Louisville, Kentucky as well as in the Philadelphia Area.
