The Pennsylvania State Police continue their search for Luis Mario Rojas, who managed to escape their custody on September 12, 1998 while in the city of Philadelphia. Over the course of a two year cocaine trafficking investigation, State and local police had made several arrests in the Philadelphia area. Police developed information that Rojas was allegedly one of the main targets of this investigation and responsible for a multimillion dollar cocaine organization. In early September 1998, he was arrested and committed on $ 25,000,000.00 bail.

Rojas frequently uses aliases.

  250  lbs. - Large Build

  5' 8"

Was wearing glasses at the time of his escape

 Short Black Hair -Clean Shaven

  Last known address was in the 2500 block of Arrow Head Drive in Langhore, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Rojas has family and friends in the Philadelphia area, New York City, Virginia and Columbia.
