Case Facts: Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward up to $ 1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest of Keenan
Wayne Dudley.
The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Narcotics Investigation,
Harrisburg, continue their search for Keenan Wayne Dudley, on Drug violation charges.
Between November 1995 and May 1996, Dudley is alleged to have been the head of an
organization that sold over 100 pounds of Marijuana per month in the Lancaster area. There
is also a bench warrant issued in Lancaster County charging Dudley with failure to appear
to answer charges stemming from an incident where he allegedly raped an 11 year-old girl.
Dudley should be considered armed and dangerous.

Black Hair, Brown Eyes
Scar on Left Eye and a removable front gold tooth
AKA "Moet"
Last known address was 100 block of East Lemon Street, in
Lancaster, PA.
Dudley is from Brooklyn, New York, and is known to frequent the
Carolinas.
