Case Facts: Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward up to $ 1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest of a
Rapist whose identity is still unknown.
The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department, Luzerne County, PA., continue their search for a
suspect wanted for questioning in the assault and rape of a Wilkes-Barre woman on August
11, 1997, at approximately 5:00 a.m. The suspect began a conversation with the victim,
asked her is she would accompany him to a nearby motel for a drink. the victim walked with
the suspect to the Tation Complex. Once inside, the suspect identified himself as an
undercover cop, and attempted to handcuff her. When she attempted to flee, she was punched
in the face, handcuffed and raped by the suspect. the suspect had related to the victim
that he was a cook from Scranton, but had spent years in the south; he spoke with a heavy
southern accent.

Late 20's to 30 Years of Age
Between 5' 8" and 5'
10"
Medium build
Dirty Blonde hair, balding on top and long sideburns
May go by the name of Bob or Cobra
At the time of the attack was wearing a blue denim cap, black tee shirt, black baggy pants, and black leather boots with silver buckles
