Darby Township Police Department, in the Sharon Hill area of Delaware County, PA., continue their investigation into the April 28, 1996 shooting death of Carl Barton. The victim was shot at close range while standing near the front door of Dixon's Lounge on Hook Road when he was fatally shot on Sunday, April 28, 1996 at approximately 1:36 a.m.

Description:

• Black Male - Unknown Age
• Approximately 6 feet tall
• 220 - 240 lbs
• Clean Shaven - including head
• At time of shooting wearing gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans
